Rearch - AIA Document A101-2017 Temporary Fire Station

This contract is for the construction of a temporary fire station in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The project includes the construction of a garage, living quarters, and office space. The contract value is approximately $1,699,167. The contractor, Rearch Company, will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The City of Lebanon will provide geotechnical survey and engineering, all testing, hazardous material testing and abatement, permits, and utility fees.
