Description
The contract is for the maintenance and repairs of the swimming pool system at Charlotte Harbor Center. The service must be provided by a State certified licensed commercial pool operator and must be in accordance with HRS 10D-5 standards and all other regulations that apply. The scope of work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and services necessary to maintain the swimming pool system. The district has rejected all previous proposals and intends to reissue a new competitive solicitation.

• New bidders may submit a proposal.
• Previous bidders may either provide a new proposal or provide a statement that they will let their previous proposal and replies remain intact.
