LCAP Webster County Landfill Leachate Hauling

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection has awarded a contract to Solid Rock Excavating Inc for the hauling and disposal of leachate from the Webster County Landfill. The contract is for a period of three years, with an option to renew for an additional year.
