Historic Downtown Flowerpot Landscaping & Maintenance

This contract is for the landscaping and maintenance of 23 flowerpots in the Historic Downtown Rosenberg area. The contractor, Plantation Irrigation & Landscaping, will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work. The contract term is from October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022, with two optional one-year renewal terms. The contractor will be paid $1,081 per month for their services.
