TV Services

The Department of Corrections is seeking a contractor to provide facility-wide television services to several correctional facilities in Montana. The contract includes the provision of television services, equipment, and installation. The contractor will be responsible for providing a list of desired channels, programming changes, and programming content controls. The contract also includes requirements for equipment removal, repair, and training. The contract was awarded to Friendship Cable of Texas, Inc. • The contract includes the following facilities: Montana State Prison, Riverside Special Needs Unit, Montana Women's Prison, Pine Hills Correctional Facility, Dawson County Correctional Facility, Dawson County Jail, and Crossroads Correctional Center. • The contractor will be responsible for providing television services to these facilities. • The contract includes a cost proposal and a scoring matrix to evaluate the proposals. • The contractor will be required to provide references and a company profile. • The contract includes a notice of intent to award and a score summary worksheet.
