Description
This contract awards a service engagement to provide an “Infant Mental Health Endorsement” for Early Head Start teachers and staff. The vendor will deliver a suite of services over a three‑year horizon, including agency membership for up to 100 teachers, annual endorsements for up to 35 staff, live online introductions, application guidance, monthly Q&A sessions, and competency‑based trainings covering theoretical foundations, law and policy, systems expertise, direct service skills, collaboration, and reflective practice. The work is performed electronically via a secure web‑based application system (EASY) and includes renewal support. The contract is initially a twelve‑month term with the possibility of renewal up to three years, and the budget is capped at $32,550 for the first year, pending funding availability.
