Operable Partitions and Air Walls Preventative Maintenance and Repairs

This contract is for the preventative maintenance and repairs of operable partitions and air walls at the Orange County Convention Center. The contract is for a term of one year, with an estimated annual bid of $979,342.50. The contractor will provide all labor and materials necessary to perform the services, and the county will place orders by issuance of a numbered Delivery Order against this contract. The contract may be renewed as provided in the Invitation for Bids. Key services include semi-annual inspections, repairs, and maintenance of operable partitions and air walls, as well as labor and materials for repairs during standard and non-standard business hours.
