ZB Engineer & Planner

This is a municipal professional‑services agreement between the Township of Barnegat’s Zoning Board of Adjustment and T & M Associates to provide comprehensive planning and engineering support for zoning‑board matters throughout 2026. The Planner will act as the Zoning Board Planner, attend meetings, review subdivision and site‑plan proposals, prepare reports, testify at hearings, and perform any additional planning‑related tasks the Board may request. Compensation is based on a detailed hourly‑rate schedule ranging from $115 to $192 per hour, plus standard mileage, travel costs, and a 15 % markup on subcontractor invoices.
