Description
This contract is for the provision of investor relations and bonds software services by BondLink, Inc. to the Town of Queen Creek. The services include the creation and maintenance of a website for the town's bonds and investor relations information. The contract has a term of one year and will automatically renew unless either party terminates it with at least 30 days' notice. The town will pay an annual subscription fee of $1,200, as well as costs of issuance fees for any bonds or notes issued during the term of the contract. Some key features of the contract include:
