Tree Mortality Program Project #25

The County of Calaveras is seeking bids for tree mitigation services, including the removal of dead and dying trees, and the treatment of associated slash and debris. The contract was awarded to Joe's Logging, with a bid amount of $89,997.84. The contract includes the removal of small, medium, and large trees, as well as traffic control services. The contractor is required to provide certificates of insurance, a traffic control plan, and an operations plan. • The contract is for tree mitigation services in the project area defined in the attached Exhibit A. • The contractor is required to provide all labor, tax, bonds, insurance, permits, premiums, shipping, transportation, services, disposal, equipment, materials, and appurtenant facilities. • The contractor is required to provide certificates of insurance, a traffic control plan, and an operations plan. • The contract includes the removal of small, medium, and large trees, as well as traffic control services. • The contractor is required to name the County of Calaveras as "additionally insured" in their insurance policies.
