COOP: Professional Design Services

This contract is for professional design services, specifically civil design services, between the City of Tucson and Smyth Industries Inc. The scope of services is detailed in Town of Oro Valley Contract 22015-01. The City will pay the Contractor upon submission of itemized invoices for services rendered. The contract commenced on January 21, 2022, and will remain in effect until December 31, 2025, unless terminated or extended. • The contract is for a term of 4 years. • The City has the option to renew the contract for additional terms. • The contract includes provisions for payment via commercial credit card. • The City will make every effort to process payment within 21 calendar days after receipt of materials or services and a correct invoice.
