RFQ: Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act Program Mgmt Support On-Call

The City and County of Denver’s Department of Transportation and Infrastructure sought an on‑call professional program‑management firm to assist in planning, securing, and delivering Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) funding. The scope includes strategic planning, program and project controls, grant application and management, technical support, and communications to ensure efficient use of federal transportation and related infrastructure funds. WSP USA, Inc. was selected as the sole awardee to provide these services on a need‑basis. • Provides comprehensive program‑management support for IIJA formula and grant funding. • Includes strategic planning, grant administration, project controls, technology integration, and stakeholder communications. • On‑call/“as‑needed” arrangement allows the City to engage the vendor for specific tasks throughout the IIJA funding cycle.
