General Carpentry Services

The City of Olathe is seeking a qualified contractor to provide general carpentry services on an as-needed basis. The services will include repairs, installations, emergency repairs, and reconstruction. The contract will be awarded to a vendor who can provide these services at a competitive hourly rate. The city has provided a list of items that the contractor will be expected to provide, including hourly rates for general carpentry services, finishing of drywall, painting services, and project management supervision/coordination. • The contractor will be expected to provide services as needed, with no guarantee of a minimum amount of work. • The contractor will be required to accept the terms and conditions of the contract, including the hourly rates and the scope of work. • The city reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonding, as specified in the contract documents.
