FSU College of Medicine Research Building Exterior Improvements

The contract is for exterior improvements to the FSU College of Medicine Research Building, including removal and replacement of sealant, cleaning and sealing of exterior brick and cast stone, and installation of sealant at various joints. The scope of work includes: • Removal and replacement of sealant at exterior brick joints, cast stone joints, window and door frame joints, and other building elements • Cleaning and sealing of exterior brick and cast stone • Installation of sealant at brick and cast stone joints, door and window frames, and other locations The contract is expected to be completed within 90 days.
