Stream Mitigation Monitoring

The Montana Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to perform Statewide Stream Mitigation Monitoring Services at approximately three sites across Montana. The services include environmental monitoring and remediation. The contract is expected to start on May 1, 2025, and end on March 31, 2026. The RFP includes requirements for vendor registration, insurance, and compliance with Montana laws and regulations. • The RFP is for a lump sum contract with a total funding request based on the scope of services. • The contractor must provide a cost proposal worksheet and address the offeror qualifications document. • The RFP includes a requirement for compliance with Executive Order No. 12-2016, Equal Pay for Montana Women. • The contractor must not discriminate against firearm entities or trade associations.
