Overhead Door Maintenance

The City of Jefferson, Missouri, has entered into an agreement with D.H. Pace Company, Inc. for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of overhead doors at various City buildings. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform the work. The City will pay the contractor on a monthly basis, based on an itemized statement of services rendered. The contract includes provisions for payment, prevailing wage law, prompt payment, estimate and work write-up, parts and materials, reports, and insurance. The contractor must also comply with federal regulations and directives, including those related to environmental justice, ADA accessibility, and nondiscrimination.
