GROUP TERM LIFE, ACCIDENTIAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D), SHORT TERM DISABILITY (STD) AND LONG TERM DISABILITY (LTD) INSURANCE

This contract is for group term life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), short term disability (STD), and long term disability (LTD) insurance services provided by Standard Insurance Company to the City of Orlando.
