Property Tax System Replacement

The County of Sacramento released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Property Tax System Replacement solution. The RFP was closed on December 30, 2021, and two responsive proposals were received from Aumentum and Grant Street Group. The Evaluation Team scored the proposals based on the criteria listed in the RFP, and Grant Street Group had the highest score. The contract award is pending approval from the County of Sacramento Board of Supervisors. The scope of work includes the replacement of the current property tax system with a commercial-off-the-shelf solution that requires minimal additional programming and can be implemented within a reasonable period.
