HUD Consultant Consolidated Plan 2025-2029

The City of Allentown is seeking a consultant to provide technical assistance and help with compliance with its HUD Entitlement Programs and other grant programs. The consultant will be responsible for preparing reports such as the Five-Year Community and Development Block Grant Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plans, and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report. The consultant will also assist with Analysis of Impediments to further Fair Housing and Environmental Reviews.
