Sublet Vehicle Repair

The contract is for sublet vehicle repair services. The City of Orlando is offering the opportunity to extend the existing contract with Rush Truck Centers of Florida Inc. for an additional 12-month period. The contract may be extended by mutual assent of the parties under the same terms, conditions, and pricing. The current contract will expire on March 15, 2025, and the new contract expiration date will be March 15, 2026, if the renewal is accepted. The scope of work includes general maintenance and repair of vehicles, to include oil changes, lubrication, guaranteed maintenance programs, etc. • The contract is a piggyback agreement. • The contract has a term-based duration. • The contract is valued at $48,000. • The contract is for the benefit of the City of Clermont and the City of Orlando.
