Tobacco Prevention Program Evaluation Services

The County of Fresno, Department of Public Health, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive evaluation services for the Tobacco Prevention Program (TPP). The selected vendor will design the TPP's evaluation plan, provide consultation on the overall 2017-2021 Scope of Work, develop data collection instruments, and prepare evaluation reports. The contractor will work closely with Department staff to monitor scope of work progress, analyze process and outcome evaluation data, and inform current program strategies and future work plans. • The contract is expected to begin on August 1, 2018, and continue through June 30, 2021, with the possibility of two one-year extensions. • The estimated funding for the contract is $36,575 in year one, $50,500 in year two, and $53,000 in year three. • The vendor will be responsible for designing the evaluation plan, developing data collection instruments, and preparing evaluation reports. • The vendor will work closely with Department staff to monitor scope of work progress and analyze process and outcome evaluation data.
