RECYCLING AND/OR REMOVAL SERVICES OF BRUSH, DEBRIS AND CONCRETE/ASPHALT

This contract is for recycling and/or removal services of brush, debris, and concrete/asphalt. The contract was awarded to Mazza Recycling Services, Ltd. The services include drop-off of brush, stumps, and logs for recycling, delivery to vendor recycling of concrete/asphalt, and drop off and pick up of 20- or 30-yard containers for recycling brush, logs, and stumps. The contract has a term of 12 months and the prices for the services are as specified in the bid sheet. • The contract includes prompt payment discount of 0.00% to 2.00% depending on the vendor. • The contract has a co-op provision, which allows members of the Middlesex County co-op to receive the same prices as the county. • The contract was awarded based on the lowest bids, with Mazza Recycling Services, Ltd. being the lowest bidder for some of the services.
