BC-BID-21-67 - Landscaping Supplies - Catalog - COOP

This contract is for the provision of catalog and landscape supplies to the County of Bergen and its cooperative members. The contract has a term of 24 months, commencing on December 1, 2021, and ending on November 30, 2023. The contract has a total value not to exceed $1,800,000.00. The contract was awarded to five vendors: Fisher & Son Co., Inc., Grass Roots Turf Products, Plant Food Company, SiteOne Landscape Supply, and Seeton Turf Warehouse LLC. • The contract is an open-ended contract, meaning that the County of Bergen is not obligated to order, accept, or pay for any goods or services except when it orders them. • The contract is subject to the Affirmative Action Regulations of the State of New Jersey and requirements of Public Law 1975, Chapter 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. • The County Executive or his designee is authorized to execute such documents as are necessary to effectuate the purpose of this resolution. • The contract is available to registered members of the Cooperative, and a copy of the resolution will be provided to them.
