TOILET SEATS

The County of Hawaii issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of toilet seats. The RFQ specifies that the toilet seats must be durable and have a commercial fastening system. The award was made to the vendor with the low bid for toilet seats as specified. The contract requires the vendor to furnish and deliver toilet seats to the Department of Parks and Recreation, County of Hawaii. The delivery terms are F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed, and inclusive of all applicable taxes. • The contract is for the supply of 200 toilet seats. • The toilet seats must be elongated, open front, and have a commercial fastening system. • The hardware (hinge posts, bolts, nuts, flat washers, and lock washers) must be stainless steel. • The vendor must include any applicable shipping and tax costs in the quote.
