20-5465 Maintenance Repair & Operations ((MRO) Supplies & Related Services (Region 4 ESC COOP)

This contract is for the provision of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies and equipment to the City of Goodyear. The contract has a term of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contract includes provisions for payment, conflict of interest, applicable law, and termination. The City of Goodyear has the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause.
