Trade Services - Excavation

The Department of University Procurement at Eastern Kentucky University is seeking qualified companies to provide excavation services as needed for the University. The contract has an initial term of two years, with the option to renew for up to three consecutive one-year periods. The total contract period will not exceed five years. The successful bidder will be required to provide labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to perform the excavation services. • The contract is non-exclusive, and the University reserves the right to award the bid in part or in whole and to award multiple vendors. • The University requires bidders to review the "EKU Trade Services Info. Sheet" and the "EKU Solicitation Instructions and Conditions" document. • The contract includes service line items such as laborer - weekday, laborer - Saturday, laborer - Sunday, and laborer - holiday. • The contract has a payment term of net 30 days.
