On-Call Architectural Services

The contract is for On-Call Architectural Services between the County of Jackson, Missouri, and Piper-Wind Architects, Inc. The vendor will provide architectural design and industry-related services to the County on a project-by-project basis. The contract has a term of 12 months and can be renewed for an additional 12-month period upon mutual written consent. The vendor's services will include providing Scopes of Services, performing architectural design and industry-related services, and cooperating with the County and other service providers. The County will pay the vendor a Not-To-Exceed fee as compensation for its services and expenses. • The contract includes a detailed scope of work, including the provision of architectural design and industry-related services. • The vendor is required to maintain certain insurance coverages, including Professional Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Workers' Compensation. • The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and reimbursement of expenses. • The vendor is required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. • The contract includes provisions for termination, dispute resolution, and indemnification.
