IT SYSTEM SUPPORT AND TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

The County of Riverside is seeking a vendor to provide IT system support and technology solutions for the Behavioral Health Department. The scope of work includes providing high-quality technical solutions, support, and expertise for RUHS-BH IT system support and technology solutions, as well as other critical business applications. The contractor will be responsible for 24x7x365 support of these systems and will provide a wide range of technology solutions. • Provide IT managed services supporting various programs, including system upgrades and migrations • Deploy, monitor, manage, and provide HelpDesk services to dedicated Business Public Programs • Migrate physical network servers to virtual VMWare Host services • Upgrade to Lynx Icon Mobile Alerts Emergency Notification Systems • Provide Telehealth Video Conferencing and Video Surveillance Site Assessments • Provide project management, including identifying pre-requisites and resources needed for each project phase, creating implementation schedules, monitoring and providing weekly status reports, and performing staff training when required.
