Professional Architectural Consulting Services

This contract is for professional architectural consulting services to support Pinellas County's Capital Improvement Program. The services include feasibility studies, building assessments, programming studies, construction documents, and construction phase services. The contract has a term of 5 years with an option for renewal. The total compensation for the contract is not to exceed $700,000. The contractor is required to provide a detailed scope of work and budget for each assignment, and the county will provide written authorization for each work assignment.
