Behavioral Health Services

The contract is for the provision of Behavioral Health Services by Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus to Ocean County residents. The contract period is from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, with a budget of $411,845.00. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, and the contract is contingent upon the availability of funds. Key aspects of the contract include: • The contract is a professional service awarded in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5. • The services to be performed are specialized and qualitative in nature, requiring expertise, extensive training, and a proven reputation in the field of Behavioral Health Services. • The contract is awarded in compliance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1) of the Local Public Contracts Law and N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., the New Jersey "Pay-to-Play" Law. • The contract number must be placed on all papers, documents, invoices, and vouchers pertaining to the agreement. • A certified copy of the resolution, together with a copy of the agreement executed by the parties, shall remain on file and be available for public inspection at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners.
