ANTIFREEZE, OILS AND LUBRICANTS

The County of Ocean has awarded a contract for the furnishing and delivery of antifreeze, oils, and lubricants to five vendors: Romeo Enterprises, Atlantic States Lubricants Corp., Car Port Auto Parts, Inc., PetroChoice LLC, and SSCA Industries, Inc. The contract period is from March 15, 2023, to March 14, 2024. The vendors will provide various types of antifreeze, oils, and lubricants, including diesel engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and grease. The contract includes a total of 45 line items, with each vendor responsible for providing specific products. The County of Ocean reserves the right to extend the term of the contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15. • The contract includes a wide range of products, including antifreeze, diesel engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and grease. • The vendors will provide products from various manufacturers, including Mobil, Chevron, and Amsoil. • The contract includes specific requirements for delivery, packaging, and substitutions. • The County of Ocean reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the specifications. • The contract is subject to the laws and regulations of the State of New Jersey.
