Blood Alcohol Collection Kit

The State of Utah Division of Purchasing has awarded a contract to Tri-Tech Forensics, Inc. for the provision of Blood Alcohol Collection Kits. The contract is for a period of 5 years, and the vendor must provide the kits in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in Attachment B - Scope of Work. The contract was awarded through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) process, and the vendor was selected as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The contract requires the vendor to provide Blood Alcohol Collection Kits to the Department of Public Safety. • The vendor must have at least 3 years of experience providing Blood Alcohol Collection Kits to Law Enforcement agencies. • The vendor must agree to all the specifications and requirements outlined in Attachment B - Scope of Work. • The contract includes a requirement for the vendor to provide product samples to assist with evaluation. • The contract allows for the possibility of contract modifications to incorporate new technology or technological upgrades.
