This contract awards the procurement of two handheld, portable pulsed X‑ray generators for bomb‑squad IED operations—one 350 kVp unit (< 20 lb) and one 250 kVp unit (< 15 lb)—along with rechargeable batteries, chargers, spare batteries, and rugged hard‑storage cases. The equipment must meet specific functional requirements such as programmable pulse counts (1‑99), remote operation compatibility, weather‑resistant construction, a 40 mil copper filter, and a minimum 40° beam angle. Shipping costs must be included in the vendor’s quoted price, as Cuyahoga County will not reimburse omitted shipping charges.
