This contract is for the mowing of secondary canals and ditches in Orange County, Florida. The contractor, Solscape Services, LLC, will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work. The contract includes provisions for regular mowing, additional litter removal, and one-time clean-up. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety. The contract also includes a provision for the contractor to provide a Human Trafficking Affidavit, attesting that they do not use coercion for labor or services.
