Swift Creek Middle School Custodial Services

This contract provides full‑time custodial (janitorial) services for Swift Creek Middle School in Tallahassee, covering approximately 70,559 sq ft across six buildings. The vendor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation and consumables (except cleaning supplies purchased by the school) and perform daily cleaning, restroom sanitization, classroom maintenance, and periodic deeper‑clean tasks. Services run during normal school hours and may extend after‑hours or weekends as coordinated.
