GASB 75 OPEB ACTUARIAL SERVICES

The County of Sacramento is seeking a vendor to provide actuarial services for GASB 75 OPEB actuarial valuation and reporting. The selected vendor will be required to submit annual deliverables by April 30th, with the exception of the 2020 deliverables due as close to June 30th as possible. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that submits the lowest bid and meets all mandatory requirements. The scope of work includes providing actuarial valuation services and reporting to allow the County to properly report its implied subsidy and cash subsidy retiree health care benefits.
