Professional Architectural Consulting Services

This contract is for professional architectural consulting services to be provided by CPH Inc to Pinellas County. The services include feasibility studies, building assessments, programming studies, construction documents, and construction phase services. The contract is for a term of 5 years, with a total budget of $700,000. The scope of work includes providing architectural services for the County's Capital Improvement Program and various operating and maintenance issues on an as-needed basis. • The contract includes a detailed scope of work for each assignment, which shall include a not-to-exceed budget amount. • The consultant shall be responsible for the accuracy of the work and shall promptly correct any errors and omissions without additional compensation. • The consultant shall endorse all reports, calculations, contract plans, and survey data, and services shall be prepared under the direction of an architect registered in the State of Florida. • The consultant shall be responsible for preparing a project design schedule and a bar chart schedule showing overall project time frames.
