Mid-County Interior Renovation Project Step 2

This contract is for the interior renovation of the Mid-County Tax Collector Building in Pinellas County, Florida. The project includes renovations to the interior architecture, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. The contract was awarded to E&L Construction Group, Inc. for a lump sum of $2,846,008.
