23-0153 Professional Services Agreement-Applicant Assessment Platform Enabled Process (Flagstaff COOP)

The City of Flagstaff has entered into a professional services agreement with Public Safety Answers, LLC. to provide an applicant assessment platform enabled process. The platform will allow the City to screen for minimum candidate requirements, capture basic application information, capture applicant resumes, deliver a virtual written assessment of cognitive and behavioral fit, record customizable one-way interview questions, and provide a dashboard for evaluation by the hiring team. The agreement has a term of one year with the option to extend for an additional four years. The City will pay a fee for each candidate to test for the Department, with a minimum of 25 candidates required.
