Description
The City of Palm Bay is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers for Code Compliance Lot Mowing, consisting of two categories: improved and unimproved lot mowing. The contract may result in multiple awards, as well as primary and secondary contractors in each category. The contractor(s) shall be notified on an "as needed" basis to maintain and clean-up all properties where the physical condition is substantially deteriorated with growth of vegetation to a height of more than twelve inches, which constitutes a public nuisance to the health, safety, and welfare of the City of Palm Bay.
