Chemical Spill Remediation

The City of Orlando has awarded a contract for chemical spill remediation services to NCR Gulf Environmental. The contract is for a term of 36 months, with the option to renew for an additional 24 months. The contractor will provide services on an as-needed basis, including emergency response, site assessment, and remediation activities. The contractor must have experience in hazardous waste, oil spills, tank removal, site assessment, cleanup, and site restoration, and must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination.
