Engineering Street Design, Mobility and Transportation Studies, Policy Development, Research and Planning ITQ-Small

This contract is for engineering street design, mobility and transportation studies, policy development, research, and planning services. The contract is between the City of Pittsburgh and Cosmos Technologies, Inc. and has a term of 2 years.
