P-22018 Architecture and Engineering Services

This contract is a Master Independent Contractor Agreement for Architecture and Engineering Services between the Chicago Park District and Baily Edward Design, Inc. The contract has a term of 5 years with the possibility of a 1-year extension. The contractor will provide architecture and/or engineering services to the Park District as needed. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. The Park District has the option to extend the contract for an additional year.
