The initial term of the contract is from February 12, 2024, to February 11, 2025, with a maximum term of February 12, 2024, to February 11, 2029. • The solution should support multiple phases of the mentoring relationship, including one-on-one mentoring, group mentoring, and flash mentoring. • The solution should provide customization options for data collection, mentor matching, and communication. • The solution should provide standard and custom reporting to track mentoring relationships, engagements, and program effectiveness. • The vendor should have experience providing similar solutions to higher education institutions. • The vendor should have a strong track record of customer support and service.
