GCSU Police Vehicle

The State of Georgia, specifically Georgia College & State University (GCSU), is seeking a supplier to provide a police vehicle. The RFQ includes specifications for the vehicle, as well as requirements for the supplier, such as insurance and sales tax compliance. The contract is expected to be for a term of one year, with options to renew for up to four additional years. The State Entity reserves the right to waive minor irregularities, reject any and all responses, and request clarifications or resubmissions from suppliers. • The RFQ is for a police vehicle, with specifications outlined in the attached documents. • The supplier must be able to meet all delivery requirements outlined in the specifications document. • The supplier must agree to provide the GA standard insurance coverage and requested insurance certificates. • The supplier must complete the Sales and Use Tax compliance form and provide it as an attachment. • The contract terms and conditions are outlined in the attached document, and suppliers should plan on these terms being included in any award resulting from this RFQ.
