Preventive Maintenance of North and South West Clarifiers

The contract is for preventive maintenance services for the North and South West Clarifiers. The contractor, DPS Equipment Services, will provide services as outlined in the Scope of Work detailed in Exhibit "A". The contract has a total value of $66,000 and will be paid on a monthly basis. The contract may be renewed for up to three years at the same prices, terms, and conditions. Key aspects of the contract include: • The contractor will commence services on October 1, 2022, and complete all services by September 30, 2023. • The contractor will provide reports and other deliverables in accordance with the detailed schedule set forth in Exhibit "A". • The contract may be renewed for additional periods up to a cumulative total of three years. • The contractor will bill the COUNTY on a monthly basis, or as otherwise provided, at the amounts set forth in Exhibit "B" for services rendered toward the completion of the Scope of Work.
