Telcom Parts for DPSS

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for the purchase of Telcom Parts, including cable exchange CAT 6 patch cords, APC smart UPS, and power cords. The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible bidder, as determined by the County. The contract will consist of two methods of delivery: Will Call and Vendor Delivery. The awarded vendor will be required to provide the specified items within the designated timeframe and to the specified location. • The contract includes a list of items with corresponding quantities and unit prices. • The vendor must provide the items within the specified timeframe and to the specified location. • The contract includes a provision for delivery appointments to be made with the County of Riverside Information Technology Agency. • The contract includes a provision for the vendor to provide a hard copy of the invoice to the County. • The contract includes a provision for the vendor to email pick up slips and invoices to the RCIT Project Manager.
