Wet Pipe Fire Sprinkler System Supplement B

This contract is for the installation of a wet pipe fire sprinkler system for VIA Metropolitan Transit's Administration and Annex building. The work includes installation of a main fire line water supply, fire line backflow preventers, standpipe risers, fire detection and alarm interface with existing system, vibration and seismic controls for fire suppression piping and equipment, storage cabinet for spare sprinklers and tools, system valves and devices, and sprinklers. The bid tabulation document shows that two vendors, Simplex Grinnell and Northstar, submitted bids for this contract.
