MV26 - 2026, OR LATEST MODEL VEHICLE

This contract is a master agreement between the State of West Virginia and Matheny Motor Truck Co. dba Matheny Ford LLC for the provision of 2026 or latest model year motor vehicles. The contract has a term of one year and can be renewed upon mutual written consent. The vendor is required to provide a basic comprehensive warranty, basic corrosion and powertrain warranty, and to replace any failed or malfunctioned parts within the warranty period.
