Title Binder and Commitment/Insurance and Search Services for Various Projects in Ocean County

The Ocean County Board of Commissioners has awarded a contract for title binder and commitment/insurance and search services for various projects in Ocean County to five vendors: Surety Title Agency Coastal Region, LLC; Allstate Title Agency, LLC; Mid-State Abstract Company, LLC; Two Rivers Title Company, LLC; and Green Label Title, LLC. The services to be provided include professional title abstracts, binders, and insurance, as well as title search work as needed.
